Savasana with Chakra Energy Flow Meditation
Savasana with Chakra Energy Flow meditation is a form of meditation that combines the physical practice of savasana (corpse pose) with the concept of chakras and the flow of energy within the body. In this meditation, one lies in the savasana position while focusing on each of the seven chakras and imagining a flow of energy moving through them. This practice is meant to promote physical relaxation and balance of the energy centers in the body, leading to overall mental and emotional well-being.
-
Root Chakra (Muladhara) - located at the base of the spine and associated with stability, security, and a sense of belonging.
-
Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana) - located in the lower abdomen and associated with emotions, sexuality, and creativity.
-
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - located in the upper abdomen and associated with personal power, self-esteem, and determination.
-

-
