Prior to beginning the Yoga History and Physiology module (50 hours at the end of Part 1), you will need to purchase the following resource materials - around AUD $100 in total. The Yoga History and Physiology module will immerse you in the origins of Yoga:
- The Bhagavad Gita by Eknath Easwaran
- Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha by Swami Satyananda Saraswati
- The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali – A 21st Century Interpretation by Moises Aguilar
- The Hatha Yoga Pradipika by Swami Swatmarama
