WHAT'S INCLUDED

PART 1 - ONLINE ACADEMY

Part 1 of the Online 350 Hour Teacher Training training is undertaken online at your own pace over a period of 12 weeks to 6 months (approximately 6-12 hr study per weeks). Completion is required prior to gaining access to Part 2.

PART 2 - ONLINE ACADEMY
Part 2 of the Online 350 Hour Teacher Training training is undertaken completely Online from anywhere in the world and is the equivalent to 20 days full time study.

A total of 12 months to complete Parts 1 and 2 is offered and there is of course flexibility on the one year completion timeframe if needed.

The equipment and resources you'll need to complete Parts 1 & 2 of the training include:

Resistance/Therabands x 2-4 varying strengths gentle to mid-range
2 x Yoga blocks
Yoga strap
Yoga Bolster
Yoga mat
Folded hand-towel or head pillow

Self Paced Study

This course is delivered through supported video lectures, an in-depth Training Manual, handouts and quizzes; allowing you to progress at your own pace. You are supported by Louise and Nic who will be available to answer questions through our personalised online study portal. A general level of computer literacy is required.

LOUISE SOLOMON

Master Teacher & Teacher Trainer, Louise takes you on a journey in her popular masterclasses. She pioneered the exercise system Yogalates and has been teaching in Australia and worldwide since 1993. Encouraging all to take to the matt, Louise prides herself on the hight standard of her Teacher Trainings and continues to develop her practice with the latest evidence for supporting the mind, body and breath connection.

Author of Yogalates Total Body Toner and a Senior Level Member with Yoga Australia, Louise is recognised by Yoga Alliance at their Advanced Teacher Level (ERYT 500). You'll find her teaching at the Bangalow Studio, on demand in the Online Academy and regularly at Yoga Expos around the world.

NIC DORSCH

Yoga has been in my life now for 29 years, 18 years as a Yoga Teacher, Breath work & Meditation Coach and for the last 7 years a Yogalates Teacher Trainer.

I am passionate about sharing breath work, meditation, movement and alignment of the body in postures (Asana) so you can experience the strength (Stirrha) and peace (Sukkha) this practice offers.
