Begin your self-paced studies straight away with immediate access to your written online course materials for Part 1 - Modules 1 to 6 plus a 50hr Yoga History + Physiology (12 Modules), we recommend over 3 - 6 months of approximately 6 - 12 hours study per week for Part 1. Upon completion of Part 1, gain access to Part 2 - Modules 1 to 6. See overview

PART 2 COMPLETED ONLINE N.B. This is equivalent to 18 days full time with our face to face practicum, however can be completed over a 6 month period - a total of 12 months to complete Part 1 and 2. There is of course flexibility on the one year completion timeframe if needed.
